The benefits of living the organic lifestyle are constantly surfacing. A recent study conducted by the British Journal of Nutrition showed that babies who eat organic dairy products are less likely to develop allergies, asthma and eczema by the time they are two. After following 2,500 pregnant women until their babies were 2 years old their research concluded that the rate of allergies was 36% lower in children who consumed organic dairy products. Although they have not pin pointed the cause, whether it’s the toxins from antibiotics, low level of nutrients or a combination, the cause is still under investigation.
