The chemicals formaldehyde and 1,4-dioxane have been found in children’s bath products. These chemicals have been known to cause cancer and skin conditions. And these are being found in the major brand names like Johnson, Huggies and Baby Magic. Apparently these chemicals are considered contaminants which means they’re not intentionally put into the manufacturing process, they’re byproducts. It is not required for companies to include these type of chemicals on the label much less be aware of them. As if there weren’t enough reasons to stick to organic before, this is just one more to add to the pile.
